Choose the items you would like printed by an eXpert and select all relevant options, including uploading an artwork file.

Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. There are three possible options to receive your printing:

1. You can choose local pick up where you would come into the shop to grab your online order.
2. You can also choose local delivery where we will deliver the printed items if your residence or business is located within our delivery range.
3. Of course, we can ship the items directly to you as long as your order is under 45lbs. Any items ordered that weigh more than 45lbs will only have the option for local pickup and delivery.

Once you choose your preferred method of delivery, you can enter your credit card details and proceed to finish the checkout process.

From there, our team of eXperts will review the order and associated artwork. If the artwork needs to be adjusted to become print ready, we will make the appropriate changes and send a proof to you via email. Once the proof is sent, you have 24 hours to approve the proof via email or phone.

Depending on the level of adjustment needed to make the artwork print ready, a charge will be added to the order associated with the time required to make the adjustments. If the artwork is print ready, (appropriate size with crops and bleeds) there will not be an additional set up charge. An invoice will be sent to you via email with the added artwork adjustment charge which can be paid by clicking the “Pay now” button. This will take you to our Shopify page where you will be able to see an itemized breakdown of your order.

Once all charges have been paid, your order will be sent to production. If you choose the local pickup shipping option, you will receive an email or phone call to notify you when your job is ready.
